Anthony Amalraj

Anthony is a certified program management and project management professional working at DTE Energy for the past 15 years. He has 24 years of professional experience in Information Technology and 15 years of demonstrated experience in leadership capacity including leading many complex and high visibility programs/projects, championing business process changes, developing strategic plans, providing leadership support to the project management community of practice, and negotiating with internal & external business partners.

Anthony has earned his master degree in Computer Science. He received his MBA from Wayne State University with focus in Finance. He currently holds PMP and PgMP certifications.


Director of Contracts

Hariharan Ramaswamy

Hari is a Senior Financial Consultant for Data Consulting Group and has been working with the City of Detroit for the past 18 years. He is well seasoned in Oracle ERP, data analytics, operational controls, integrated solutions and project management. Hari has earned masters’ degrees in Psychology, Computer Applications, IT Management, and Accounting, Economics, and Banking while pursuing his interest in the study of General Law. Most recently, he received his MBA in Finance & Accounting from Oakland University and his PMP certification.

Apart from continually expanding his knowledge, Hari loves to devote time to regional and national non-profit organizations as a Finance Auditor and event coordinator. On the weekends, Hari likes to plan trips to visit his kids on the East Coast and volunteer at Hospice. 


Director of Membership Promotion

Sharry Fealk

Sharry Fealk is Vice President and Fraud Strategy and Compliance Manager in the Enterprise Fraud Management group at Comerica Bank. Prior to this role, Sharry was a Sr. Technical Project Manager in Comerica's Information Services Enterprise Project Management Office. Sharry is a Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and certified Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt. Sharry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Project Management.


Director Membership Retention

Jonathon Falcon

After working with telecommunication carriers, helping clients to assess and deploy the appropriate data and dial tone service, Falcon transitioned to becoming a complete solution provider for voice & data technologies, offering turn-key deployments for enterprise projects.


Director of Marketing

B. Kent Potts, Jr.

Kent Potts, PMP, is Sr. Program Manager for Meritor, Commercial Vehicle Systems, a tier-1, global manufacturer of automotive components and integrated systems. Kent serves as 2017 Director Marketing, and has served in various roles on the PMI-GLC chapter Board for the past 4 years.  He has also held various leadership, engineering, quality, and consulting positions within multiple locations of Meritor, AlliedSignal Automotive, Yale Materials Handling Corp., and Dover Corp. Kent has lead multinational programs – most recently in China and Mexico. He has two US patents pending for manufacturing process equipment designs. Kent holds both Master of Engineering and BSIE degrees from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, NC. He has practiced with PMP certification from Project Management Institute, Inc. since 2003. Kent has been published in Computers and Industrial Engineering, and he has spoken at several engineering and project management events.

Sarah English

Sarah English is an IT Project Manager at La-Z-Boy, in Monroe, MI.   She has been in the Information Technology field for over 10 years with experiences in solutions development, implementation, and support.  For the last 5 years, she has been working in Project Management roles delivering both application and infrastructure enterprise projects within manufacturing, retail, and construction industries, domestically and globally.

Sarah has completed her Master’s Degree in Information Systems from Walsh College in 2009 and a Master’s in Technology specializing in Building Construction Management from Purdue University in 2012.  Currently, she is working on another Master’s Degree in Management from Walsh College and expects graduation in 2016.

Sarah has been an active member of the PMIGLC since 2014. Sarah currently serves as Director of Symposium for the PMI Great Lakes Chapter.  


Director of Seminars

Neil P Goldman

Mr. Goldman, is a PMP certified Project / Program Manager with 30 years of extensive experience interfacing up to the CEO level, managing global projects valued up to 60 million dollars with teams of up to 200 people in Fortune 500 companies in Information Technology. He has held numerous local and global leadership positions within the Project Management Institute (PMI), including Chapter President. In several companies, he was responsible for creating a central Project Management Office (PMO) from scratch or improving existing ones, to increase multiple project performance. He has also has been an instructor at Macomb Community College (Warren, MI), and has been teaching both PMP preparation, as well as Project Management and MS Project classes since 1998. 

Neil holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from Lawrence Technological University (Southfield, MI)


Director of Corporate Outreach

Harish Pathria

Harish Pathria has over 20 years of IT experience during which he has worked in a plethora of industries and organizations that include Department of National Defense, US Government, Banking, Insurance, Human Capital Management, a VC-funded start-up, Marketing, Healthcare, and Energy/Utilities.

While always executing projects, he has performed the roles of a team lead, analyst (consulting specialist), vendor manager, product manager, program manager, project manager, and a methodology coach. He has managed projects using traditional SDLC (Waterfall) as well as Six Sigma, RUP (Iterative) and AGILE methodologies.

Harish was one of the pioneers who wrote the first edition of 'Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK)' which has now assumed a stature of a formal body of knowledge for the professionals aspiring to be Certified Business Analysis Professionals.

Harish holds an MBA degree in Operations Research. Besides being a PMP in good standing for the last 12 years, Harish is also a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt from ASQ and a Certified Scrum Master.

In his previous career, Harish served in the military as a paratrooper in Special Forces. He is a qualified skydiver who, apart from his professional pursuits, maintains active interest in poetry (a published poet), ballroom dancing, saxophone, and fusion cuisine.


Director of Social Media

Dana Fix

Dana Fix, CAPM, is a Senior Business Analyst at Thomson Reuters in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Prior to becoming a business analyst, she worked as a software developer primarily focusing in the Java programming language. In addition to Java, she also has experience with website development - HTML, CSS, and WordPress.

Dana holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Eastern Michigan University, and recently completed her Master's Degree in Management of Information Systems with a concentration in IT Project Management in 2016.


Director of Academic

Minimol Mathew

Minimol Mathew is our Director of Academic Outreach. Mini has been a volunteer for the Outreach for a number of years and has been very active with teaching GLC’s PMP 101 Skills for Life workshop for community non-profits , schools and academic institutions like Oakland University DIS department undergraduates.

Mini is an Enterprise Project Management Office Manager for Little Caesars Enterprises/Ilitch Holdings. Prior to that she was a PMO manager at Rainbow Rehabilitation centers where she established a PMO office from scratch. She also served as an IT Director for Continuity Programs. Mini completed her Masters in Physics from Cochin University of Science & Technology, India. She got her PMP in 2008. As the Director of Academic Outreach, Mini will be working with the institutions of higher learning to help them integrate PM skills into their curriculum, assist with providing them with PM speakers, case studies and assistance from PMI and our chapter.


Director of Volunteer Management

Surya Prakash

Surya is a Senior Project Manager with Ally Financial Inc.  He has extensive Project Management experience with companies such as KPMG Consulting, PriceWaterhouse Coopers.  He has implemented ERP systems in organizations such as State of Michigan, Oakland County, Compaq (Now part of HP), General Motors etc.  Surya has been an avid volunteer with PMI GLC since 2007.  He got his PMI certification in 2005.  He received his Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Karnataka, India


Director of Finance

Christine Sharp

Christine Sharp, PMP

Christine is a delivery project manager for Ascension in Warren, MI. Chris has been in the industry for over twenty years. She received her PMP certification in 2009. She managed telecom projects at Solvay Automotive for twelve years. In 2001, she was asked to join AT&T and led successful programs for Detroit Public Schools, Washtenaw County, State of Texas, and the Detroit Police Departments to name a few. She then held PM positions at IBM, Chrysler and HP.

Christine has been an active member of the PMIGLC for several years and a volunteer to the finance committee since 2014.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Northwood University and is a Six Sigma Green Belt.
