Thagu Vivek 

Thagu Vivek is currently employed as a Program Manager at DCS, Inc, Troy, Michigan. Managing the entire Data Management Suite of Products and Programs - leading a software development team including new business development, brand development, marketing, customer relations, new products architecture and distribution network initiatives. He has more than 19 years experience in project management and program management areas, with applications ranging from manufacturing, software design, quality control, Engineering services, and Information technology. He received his Program Management (PgMP) certification from Project Management Institute(PMI).He has a masters degree in mechanical engineering from Michigan Technological University and a MBA from Oakland University. He is also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt from American Society of Quality.

Lisa Marie Foster 

Lisa Foster is the Health & Human Services Practice Principal at Hewlett Packard leading a dynamic and innovative delivery team that is part of HP’s State, Local and Education Division. In addition to her responsibilities at HP, Lisa is also an adjunct assistant professor at Walsh College where she teaches project management skills for the master’s and certificate programs.

Lisa has been a member of PMIGLC since 2000 and an active board member since 2010. Lisa is passionate about teaching, coaching and mentoring aspiring project leaders. She has assisted in development and has taught the PM 101-Skills for Life program, she often speaks at various chapter meetings on a number of topics including leadership, project management and Agile projects.


Ronald Papa, Jr. 

Ronald Papa is a Vice President and Operational Risk Manager at Comerica Bank in Auburn Hills.  He has been a proud member of PMIGLC since obtaining his PMP certification in 2007. Ron has served on Comerica’s Association of Project Professionals (C.A.P.P.) as their Chairman and past Director of Membership and Community Involvement since 2008. 

Ron completed his PhD in Management Information Systems from Walden University in 2013. He has also been an adjunct instructor at Baker College in Auburn Hills since 2011.  In addition, Ron holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from Walsh College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Oakland University.

Sean McConnell 

Sean is currently the Senior Manager of Information Technology for Nippon Seiki in Troy, Michigan.   He has spent 20 years in the Automotive Industry split between Canada and the USA, working mostly for Automotive Parts Suppliers and one Automaker.  Sean has started and led new IT Organizations and numerous project implementations across North America and Europe.  He has worked in the retail industry, leading an ERP selection / implementation project.  Sean joined PMI GLC and became PMP Certified in 2008.   Sean is Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt certified, ITIL certified and received a BA from the University of Windsor (Ontario) in 1993.

Gilbert H Rollins, II 

Gilbert (Gil) Rollins was a Managing Consultant with EDS, retiring at the beginning of 2005. He has over 30 years of project management experience ranging from one location, privately held to multi-billion, multinational firms. Gil has been an active member of PMI/GLC/ISSIG since 1996, working on membership surveys and 3 years on Membership Committee. Gil is our current VP of Finance/Treasurer. He was the VP of Membership for two years, VP of Administration/Secretary and Director of Finance Operations. Gil has a BS/ME - Kettering University, Flint, MI (formerly General Motors Institute).

VP Marketing

Paul G. West 

As Director of Product Management and Implementation with BullsEye Telecom, Inc., Paul has established and manages the PMO there, instilling project management structure and discipline across the organization.  He also manages a portfolio of technology products.   Paul has over 25 years of project management and broad marketing experience in product development, product marketing, marketing communications, product portfolio management and strategic planning & development, working fortune 100 companies such as Verizon, Sprint, AT&T, also several advertising and marketing agencies including DDB Needham, Young & Rubicam, and Dentsu.   Having been a volunteer with PMI GLC since 2014, Paul brings energy and commitment to his volunteer role as VP Marketing, Sponsorship and Publicity with PMI GLC, striving to bring new ideas and energy in providing value to PMI GLC membership.

Srinivas Pinnamaneni 

Srinivas Pinnamaneni is currently employed as Solution Architect at Ford Motor Company. Srinivas brings over 22 years of hands-on experience in the fields of Enterprise Architecture,Product Development, Finance, IT, Program Management and Project Management and has contributed to the organizational growth in these roles. Srinivas has been an active volunteer in PMIGLC ever since his PMP certification in 2009:

• As the Director for Communication - worked in Sharepoint upgrade for PMIGLC.
• As the Director for Membership -  every month extract membership details from PMI, email welcome message to all new and renewal members and provide monthly BI analytics reports to PMIGLC board of Directors.

VP Outreach

William Moylan, Jr. 

William A. Moylan, PhD, PMP, FESD, DTM, is an Associate Professor of Eastern Michigan University's College of Technology and coordinates the construction management graduate programs.  In addition, he consultants, trains, and acts as an expert witness in project management and construction safety.   Dr. Bill Moylan has extensive profession experience in all aspects of program and project management.   He has worked on new product development, manufacturing, information systems, facility engineering, and construction projects within the heavy construction, oil & gas production, petroleum, chemical processing, energy, academic, government, public service, automotive, and manufacturing industries.  In June 2005, Dr. Moylan was awarded his PhD in Organization & Management with focus in Leadership from the Capella University School of Business.   He received his BS in Construction Engineering from Lawrence Technological University; and, his Masters from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.  Dr. Bill is active in a variety of professional societies and civic activities, including the Project Management Institute, the Engineering Society of Detroit, Habitat for Humanity, and , Toastmasters International.   Within PMI, Dr. Bill has served on the PMI Board of Directors [2008-2013], Educational Foundation Board, Certification Board Center, PMP Certification Exam Committee, Assembly of SIG Chairs, several SIG and Chapter board, and, advisor to PMI Students groups at Lawrence Tech University and Eastern Michigan University.   In September 2000, PMI honored him with their 2000 Distinguished Contribution Award.  In October 2004, the PMI-Foundation awarded Bill the PMI-Fellows scholarship in support of his PhD scholarly activity.

VP Professional Development

Ann Skinner 

Ann is a seasoned Project Management Professional (PMP) applying her expertise in a major business system deployment at Ally Financial, in Detroit MI.   Ann is pursuing her Business Management PhD in the School of Business and Technology, with focus on Project Management.   She specializes in either the Start-up/Organization and Deployment of major initiatives.  In almost every assignment, there is a large technology change coupled with business demands for reduced cycle time, costs or process re-engineering.   Time after time, her Deployment experience has come into play on large projects on a specific implementation time frame. Ann is active in the community, church and local Project Management Institute (PMI) Great Lakes Chapter where she currently serves as Vice President of Professional Development.   Golf, cooking, walking and snow shoeing are favorite activities when time allows.

Specialties Notable specialties include leading the preparation for Sustain operations and deployment of large initiatives, mentoring others as they adapt to Agile work environments, 3rd party relationship building and strong technical experience.

VP Administration

Rajesh Sivakumar 

Rajesh Sivakumar has over 23 years of experience in the IT industry, the last 17 of which have been specifically in the areas of Implementation and Management of PeopleSoft solutions. Raj is currently an IT Manager at Lear Corporation, a leading global supplier of automotive seating systems, electrical distribution systems and electronics. His team is responsible for managing the PeopleSoft Financials system that pays out $7 Billion to suppliers, annually.

Raj's academic achievements include a Master’s degree in Computer Science, the PMP Certification and an Advanced Project Management certification from Stanford University. His favorite pastime activities include reading, music and volunteering.

Raj came aboard the PMIGLC Board of Directors in 2011. He served as the Director of Contracts Management for a year. He then transitioned to the role of Director, Volunteer Recruitment and Recognition, a position he served in for 4 years.

In addition to volunteering for the PMIGLC, Raj also served as one of the Board of Directors for a non-profit organization established for an Ethnic group with no political or religious affiliation, in Michigan. After serving this Board for 2 years, he is presently a member of its Board of Trustees.
