Monthly Meeting Topic:  Leadership in a Time of Exponential Change

We find varying types of leadership models that rely on power position, manipulation and cohersion.  In order to achieve great success in the world today, the mindset of a great leader needs to be both mission centered and other focused.  Today we will explore a leadership model that focuses on the goal with neglecting those who are actually getting the job done.  Ultimate achievement includes mission accomplishment, unity of purpose, all around support, encouragement, and shared successes.

This talk will focus on the characteristics of the modern day leader, why this approach can be transformative, and how the ultimate benefit will be the people and community, positively impacted.

Speaker: Lee Barnes Jr
