Complex or complicated? Why it matters, and what can we do about it?”
September 15 - 3 - 4 pm

Free Webinar from IIL
This presentation will cover the difference between complex and complicated and how it relates to projects. We will then understand how complexity can impact projects, with emphasis on the estimation process and connection with the triple constraint. Participants will have a chance to provide input through a live survey, and then view a proposed approach to deal with project complexity. Finally, participants will have access to a free web-based complexity model.

You know you truly belong when you can show up as your authentic self, be accepted for who you are, and reap the same benefits as all other members. Membership and belonging are really about inclusion. Do you feel you belong at your job, place of worship, or PMI Chapter? Read the complete article.
