Great Lakes Chapter Manager, Finance Reporting needed
PMIGL is looking for a volunteer for Manager of Finance Reporting
Description
The manager of finance reporting is a key member of the finance team whose goal is to extract financial data from multiple accounts and from the bookkeeper to compile monthly board reports including the variance, area, cash flow, and PayPal transactions. Communicates closely with Director of Reporting and Bookkeeper to manage timing of monthly reporting SLAs.
Deliverables
Banking and PayPal extracts, variance, area, and cash flow analysis.
Duties
Extracts bank and PayPal data the first of each month prior to 8 am ET. Extract data to compile monthly board reports including the variance, area, cash flow, and PayPal transactions.
Experience
Must be a PMIGLC member in good standing, preferably with at least 1 year chapter experience.

PMIGL has Teamed up with ProjectBites
PMI Great Lakes has secured a chapter subscription to ProjectBites, an online library of Project Management education and inspiration in 20-minute video and audio bites. Use of this site is free for PMIGL members, but individuals will need to register. Registration information can be found in the Member Area page under the Membership drop-down after logging in with PMI.org credentials.
At the Professional Development Day last Friday, the attendees donated 44 pounds of food that will provide 33 meals for those who need it.
