Subject:  The 5 Mistakes for PM’s to avoid While Managing Challenge, Change and Risk in Uncertain Times

Often times Project managers get caught up in the transactional side of the day to day and become reactive to the situation versus staying above the fray and spending enough time on the strategic side of managing projects. Matt will spend time sharing how to become more proactive in managing projects while lowering the overall stress level of all stakeholders involved.

With extensive roles in sales and leadership he found great success in the Automotive, and Construction industries.

Now an accomplished partner with Gerry Weinberg & Associates, he has been the recipient of numerous awards for his training, consulting and coaching.

He lives with his wife and four children in Lake Orion, Michigan, where he may be found running, biking, or swimming on a regular basis.
