April is a professional speaker and an internationally known organizational change management expert who has implemented change for government, health care, higher education, and corporate clients.

She served on the Standard Working Group to develop the global professional standard for all change management practitioner’s worldwide and co-led the work on the Standard Practice Guide. She is CEO of Springboard Consulting.

She’s the only person to have earned all of the following designations:

  • CCMP™ (Certified Change Management Professional - ACMP)
  • PMP® (Project Management Professional - PMI)
  • CSP (Certified Speaking Professional - NSA)

She’s author of the bestseller “Ready, Set, Change! Simplify and Accelerate Organizational Change” and is frequently quoted by the Associated Press and The New York Times.

Dr. Harri Emari, PMP is a Construction Project Management Professional with a Doctorate in Business Administration for Strategic Management. He is a Civil & Environmental Engineer with a Master's degree in Construction Project Management and Ph.D. studies in Facility Management. His methodology of Quality PMO has been applied to develop an Agile IPD LEAN CQM Program for continuous Improvement and Digital Transformation of various organizations.

 

Collaboration Toolkit for Project Management: Laura Wilbert & Alexandre Helenport

Laura Wilbert, PMP is a Project Management Professional with a Master's degree in Business Administration and 20+ years of project, program, and portfolio management experience. Laura is currently a Senior IT Group Product Manager with General Motors, with a focus in collaboration tools and applications. She is responsible for overall product planning, adoption, and defining product vision and strategy.

Alexandre Helenport (Alex), is an IT Fellow with General Motors, leading the User domain within the Global Telecom organisation. This encompasses all solutions that have a direct interaction with end users such as Telephony, Video Collaboration, Unified Communications, but also Contact Centres, Audio-Visual installations, Digital Signage, and others. Alex holds a Master’s Degree and Engineering diploma in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics from Ecole Nationale Superieure d'Informatique et de Mathematiques Appliquees de Grenoble, France.
