The PMI® Great Lakes Chapter is located in the Detroit metro area and is committed to advancing the project management skills of its roughly 1800 members. Our mission is to enrich the knowledge, skills, careers, and maturity of our members in leading projects for stakeholders' competitive advantage. PMIGLC is known locally and globally as a principal source for the development and advancement of the project management profession, leaving its footprint on organizations through the success of its members.

Finding Ground Transportation
Detroit People Mover
The Detroit People Mover is an automated light rail system operating on an elevated track in downtown Detroit’s Business District. The shuttle-style circular service has 13 People Mover stations, placing you steps away from sporting and entertainment venues, restaurants, lodging and landmarks. Fare for the People Mover is 75 cents.
