Subject:  7 Strategies of Relationship-Centered Leadership

Relationships are at the core of leadership. To effectively influence and lead your team you must first develop a strong relationship.

Relationship-Centered Leadership is building meaningful and productive relationships to raise performance and develop your team members. The seven strategies that are covered provide a foundation for your leadership. Implementing these will improve performance, engagement, morale, and retention.

This interactive presentation is designed to help you reflect on how you currently manage relationships and discover new techniques to enhance your leadership.

This session will help attendees to:

  • Increase understanding of the elements required to build and maintain meaningful relationships.
  • Develop leadership skills in key areas such as appreciation, accountability, and empowerment.
