September 2024 Monthly Meeting (virtual)

Subject:  Connecting Intelligently In an AI World

As Project Management transforms into an AI-based world, the Project Manager continues to deal with people, i.e. th project stakeholders. A PM contends wiht clients, colleagues, team members, executives, bosses, and a host of characters who influence the project outcome of success or failure.

In an AI world, the PM requires both solid communication and people skills more than ever to build, maintain, and get the best from those many interlocking relationships.

This presentation addresses the secret blend of leadership and communication skills, augmented with AI tools, that are necessary to being an excellent Project Manager.
