This session will address how to bring more women into project management, beginning with statistical evidence of the importance of diversity for project success and examining the current number of women in project management.
Drawing from their professional experiences and research, the speakers will:
- Analyze the roadblocks women face
- Share key strategies to break the glass ceiling
Speakerd: Yamina Khelifi & Laura Lazzerini-Neuwirth
Laura Lazzerini Neuwirth is an accomplished Head of Project Management Office in T-Mobile, based in Europe in Prague, and a member of the Leadership team of PMOGA Europe within the Project Management Institute.
Yasmina Khelifi is an experienced project manager with more than 20 years of experience, working in an international project environment and with main telecom stakeholders, including Orange (the large French multinational telecommunications corporation) near Paris.
