In this engaging and practical session, Dr. Ron Papa will introduce PMI Infinity™, the AI-powered assistant developed by the Project Management Institute, and demonstrate how project professionals can leverage it to enhance planning, decision-making, and day-to-day execution. Attendees will see a live walkthrough of PMI Infinity’s capabilities, including real-world use cases, productivity applications, and insights into its strengths and limitations. The session will also explore best practices for integrating AI responsibly into the project management profession. In the final portion of the presentation, Dr. Papa will shift focus to the value of professional certification, highlighting the 12 PMI credentials and discussing how certification can elevate careers, expand opportunities, and strengthen professional credibility. Speaker: Ronald Papa

Dr. Ronald Papa has served on the PMI Great Lakes Chapter Board in a variety of leadership roles since 2014, including Past President, and currently serves as Director of Certifications. Professionally, he is a Technical Product Manager at Stellantis and an adjunct professor at Oakland University, where he teaches project management. Throughout his career, he has led initiatives in roles such as Project Manager, Agile Scrum Master, and Citizen Developer, bringing both practical industry experience and academic insight to his work.
