This year’s theme highlights the need to harness the power of “Cultivating Intelligence Spectrum for Project Managers”” to flourish in our rapidly changing times. The “Cultivating Intelligence Spectrum for Project Managers” theme centers on the Great Lakes Chapter providing a user experience that stimulates both project managers and business analysts to learn new things and adapt to rapidly changing environments. PMs are expected to be leaders and the driving force behind successful projects.
